AM（客户经理）
Job Description:
--Acquire new businesses;
-- Prepare quotes as well as to lead the internal preparation process of quotes according company guidelines and his superior;
--Negotiate, handle and push basically all customer related business cases or at least to support other departments in negotiations with the customer. Such matters could among others be the settlement of warranty cases, the collection of overdue payments, an arrangement about delivery quantities, cost tracking, contracts about general terms and conditions, OES prices and conditions, any kind of reimbursements, etc;
-Take part in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Strategic Plan and has in this regard to prepare car production, volume and sales planning;
--Analyze and explain the changes of the volume plans
--Take part to prepare Sales and Marketing related concepts/strategies for management decision;
--Support market research and marketing communication activities by providing market and competition information;
--Conduct an intensive communication with Hella Sales & Marketing units worldwide to ensure worldwide acting in unison.
Requirements:
-- Bachelor Degree or above, either in business administration with the knowledge of technical matters or in engineering with knowledge of business administration matters;
-- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software;
-- Good English skills both in spoken and in written (a second language German will be preferred but not necessary).

1. 正式空缺岗位，可与公司签合同，想找一份长期稳定工作的毕业生可投；
2. 也可接受大三、大四实习生， 毕业后可留用，要求每周能保证到职4天，每天8小时（9：00 -17：35），请务必在标题或正文开始处标明能否满足上述时间；
