职位描述
Responsible as specialist for one or several materials groups for monitoring and securing quality of the materials groups
worldwide.
Initiating and introducing methods and processes, inclusive training in SQA Management internationally, as well
as developing uniform standards.
Carrying out, steering and monitoring supplier releases, development of the respective materials group.
Involvement in creation and implementation of the supplier strategy for the respective materials group.
Responsibilities:
A Quality assurance
1 Systematically advising and managing suppliers of the respective materials group with regard to Q performance
and further development of the suppliers together with the MGM Manager in Purchasing. Systematically supporting
implementation of the necessary quality requirements (e.g. HPC-509) at suppliers
2 Evaluating the quality capabilities of suppliers within the context of selecting suppliers on the basis of Hella requirements. Releasing new suppliers, new locations and new processes in consultation with superiors and
involved entities.
3 Involvement in the construction discussions on deployment of the correct materials taking into account
characteristics and designs compatible with materials and manufacturing, norms, customer requirements, etc.
4 Identifying and demonstrating founded improvement potentials at suppliers using the materials group knowhow,
inclusive controlling the implemented measures.
5 Planning, coordinating, conducting system and process audits in accordance with current stipulations and
regulations. Sustained implementation of the audit action plans with the supplier. Tracking and prioritizing qualityrelevant risks.
6 Supervising and monitoring the product and/or process development of the supplier - in materials groups with
central release responsibility for initiating remedial measures (at an early stage) in the event of quality-relevant deviations, e.g. using the APQP Process, as well as monitoring implementation of these measures.
7 Supporting SQA-TtM in accomplishing the quality pre-planning for new parts, processes, procedures in the
internal Hella project teams and at suppliers.
8 Support in defining reference samples in consultation with customers, suppliers and Hella Q Network, and
monitoring at Hella companies with random spot checks.
9 Introducing, initiating and monitoring programs at selected suppliers with regard to continual quality improvement. Documenting progress and demonstrating the quality improvements at internal management meetings.
10 Conducting supplier discussions at regular intervals with Purchasing, Logistics and Development regarding
the overall performance of a supplier.
11 Advising and managing suppliers escalated to level 2 or 3 in his materials group in accordance with the
Hella Procedure (e.g. HPC 514-16).
12 Involvement in major complaints, Q problems caused by suppliers. Producing suitable documents for customers
concerning problem analysis and remedy in cooperation with the Hella Q Network.
13 Steering and conducting the problem analysis onsite at suppliers. Ensuring updated, meaningful documents
and rational explanations for customers in coordination with the Hella Q Network and Sales.
14 Creating, further developing, introducing and supervising processes, methods and tools of the QM supplier at
Hella. Planning and coordinating the rollout. Preparing training documents and conducting trainings.
15 Involvement in the annual supplier evaluation and quality target agreements with suppliers.
16 Supporting in evaluating and answering manufacturing feasibility evaluations of the suppliers.
17 Involvement in management sourcings for significant tools and large scopes and quantities. Ensuring that quality relevant aspects and requirements are taken into account in sourcing.
18 Ensuring that new methods and processes are applied, as well as specialist further training and qualification in the working area.
19 Developing uniform SQA system and process standards, as well as initiating, steering, driving and monitoring the introduction and implementation in coordination with involved entities.
Qualifications:
1. Technical college entrance qualification
2. English, good knowledge
3. Graduate (UAS) in mechanical engineering. Graduate (UAS) in electrical engineering
4. More than 3 years job related experience
5. Quality management, FMEA, Production engineering skills
6. Communication / Presentation and Project management
