Responsibilities：

1. Install, maintain and repair the PC’s, mail systems and other office related equipment for NOV China.
2. System performance monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization to guarantee the IT system running smoothly and following company policy.
3. Assist employees with hardware/software problems and provide sufficient and timely help-desk support.
4. Other IT supports when required.

Requirement:

1. Knowledge of networking and software application (e.g. MS Office, AutoCAD, UGS-NX etc.) are highly preferred;
2. Good knowledge of web-related programming and systems analysis procedures, familiar with .asp, .net, java and script languages will be advantaged;
3. Highly organized and self-disciplined;
4. Well-developed communication skills, and good English both in speaking and writing;
5. Detail-oriented and can work under pressure;
