Job Description

· Coordinate activities through direct and indirect staff

· Direct technical teams in the areas of scheduling, technical direction, future planning, and standard development practices

· Oversee troubleshooting and internal technical support on hardware, software, computers, mobile devices, peripheral devices, and other systems to ensure timely problem resolution, installations, and service restoration

· Provide knowledge on network concepts and security

· Participate in budgeting and capital equipment processes and quality improvement activities

· Meet scheduled milestones to ensure project / program objectives are met in a timely manner

· Evaluate internal business support statistics to identify and recommend areas of needed improvement

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field or certification from an approved vendor or technical institute. Bachelor’s degree preferred

· 7 years experience in IT management with prior team lead, supervisory or management experience

· Related experience in healthcare, insurance, and / or another industry-appropriate environment preferred.

· English-speaking skills preferred

· 检查机器故障及对硬件，软件，电脑，移动设备，周边设备等其他系统提供内部技术支持的技术支持，以确保问题及时解决，设施安装和系统恢复。

· 提供网络概念及安全知识

· 参与设备质量改进的资金预算。

· 安排日程规划，确保项目计划的按时完成。

· 评估内部业务支持数据，确认及建议需要改进的地方。

· 完成领导交代的其他工作

任职资格

· 计算机，工商管理或相关专业，本科以上学位

· 7年以上IT团队领导，监督或管理经验，

· 有医疗卫生，保险或其他相关行业经验者优先

· 良好的英语表达能力
