职位描述：
1、开发、维护、巩固、拉伸51job等广告客户，分析客户需求为其提供适合的产品及服务；
2、凭借专业服务，提升客户满意度，推动客户成交，实现客户成交数和投入的同步增长；
3、通过电话,拜访及客户活动等方式,建立良好客情关系,以确保客户具备长期合作基础；

4、执行公司各项销售政策，完成销售指标;同时积极反馈客户和市场面动态；
5、不断学习人力资源相关知识，提高沟通和服务技能，售卖产品多元化，实现客户价值最大化。
任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历，具备销售或相关行业工作经验者优先（热爱销售的应届毕业生亦可申请）；
2、思路清晰，目标明确，积极主动，有责任心，能在高强度下完成销售任务；
3、性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧；
4、熟练使用各种办公自动化软件。
任职要求：
