Finance Reporting Manager - Shanghai, China

Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer China, the FR Manager will have the responsibility for financial reporting in compliance with China GAAP and for Hyperion Financial reporting in compliance with Global IFRS and liaise with local external auditor for annual audit process.

Responsibilities:
?Responsible for local financial statutory statements in compliance with China GAAP, by monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
?Responsible for Group reporting package with HFM system, in compliance with IFRS, by quarterly and by yearly.
?Coordination with external auditor for annual auditing.
?Provide analytical reports to highlight key variances
?Prepare actual vs budget analysis and recommendations of action plans
?Assist annual budget process
?Assist to review profitability and pricing architecture
?Support to all function
?Any other ad-hoc duties


Desired Skills & Experience
?Min 5 years of experience in AFC (MNC experience critical)
?Min 5 years of experience as Financial Reporting and Analyzing Manager in a medium-large company
?SAP experience is preferred
?Accounting Degree and CPA/CA qualified
?Complete fluency in Chinese & English (read, write, speak)
?Strong presentation and communication skill
?High level of attention to detail
