Key Responsibilities:

Act the on-site technical support (polymer compound recipe, mix and process guide) to the regional existing and potential customers
Meet the required “technical approval rate” on new project development and “trouble-shooting successful rate” to support the necessary business growth
Co-develop new applications with the global TM & BD and R & D team, and new product development might be necessary as required
Support the sales team to prepare the product & application literature, attend trade show and customer seminar for product promotion, lead the market program on specific segment/application
Understand the latest technology and market trend in Plastomers industries, and establish the cooperation with regional research institutes and associations
May work with Shanghai application lab at STP to run the lab trial and collect the relevant testing data on specific product line and application



Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor degree and above, polymer science or chemistry relevant is desired
At least 5 years fluoropolymer processing/technical support experience, exposure on membrane application is highly desired
Good fluoropolymer knowledge on PTFE, MFA, PFA, etc.
Good communication and problem-solving
Good English & computer skills
Team player
Located in Shanghai, travel extensively in the region
