Manager responsible for the followings
· OA application support
o Responsible for OA system function optimization, performance tuning;
o Participate in OA system business requirements gathering, analysis, and carries on the system design, development and implementation;
o Responsible OA system daily operations;
o Participate in internal and external web portal system,
o Responsible for front-end design and beautification.
· Non-SAP Application support
o Call Center system relate IT project management
o Call Center system maintenance
o Other Non-SAP application support, Kingdee, Ufida etc.,
· Database and Share point support
o Responsible for SQL server administration
o Work with Business department to develop customized report using SQL
o Troubleshoot SQL server issue and performance optimization;
o Tie 2 support for intranet share point server.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Cooperating with different Bus users to collect user requirements.
· Project management for IT system implementation & roll out.
· SQL server management and development

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Competencies):

·Bachelor degree or above, computer, information management or related major.
Good oral and written English, CET6 is required, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Skilled with Microsoft products, include SharePoint 2007, server family, desktop OS & office suit, MCSE or relevant certification is a plus.
Master the skilled Excel is preferred;
·SQL database development experience more than 4-5 years, familiar with SQL scripts;
·Engaged in OA and electronic approval system daily maintenance management, construction of enterprise information management and have good understanding.
Have certain ability to use computer, the database, form knowledge is preferred.
Has strong service consciousness, strong execution, and communication and coordination ability.
