Job Title: 中国区技术支持经理
Reports To: (Title) 中国区服务总监
Group/Division: 中国区服务部
Position Location: (City) Shanghai
Number of Direct Reports: 6
Position Summary:
领导CTS团队负责中国地区所有产品的一线技术支持和解决方案,为所有中国区服务团队提供完整的培训计划、提高一线工程师的技能水平,与各部门协调解决一线技术问题并提供解决方案。
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
优化一线的技术问题提交以及未解决问题的升级提报流程
优化技术问题解决流程及升级提报流程;
确保为一线提供及时专业的技术支持;
更新及解决Critical list,并落实解决方案;
确保产品质量问题的及时反馈;
跨部门沟通协调
与服务运作、物流协调确保一线支持
与工厂有效沟通Level2问题的提报流程
与IT及供应商协调,确保软硬件问题的及时解决
与Sales,Marketing及Finance保持有效的协调
技术文档管理
确保Knowledge Base的持续更新;
认可新产品、新技术准备及文档发布;
核实技术指令的发布;
审核客户所需的技术报告;
明确技术文档的权限管理和发布;
项目管理和实施
项目可行性研究和计划制定;
部门协调与沟通;
项目流程管理、运行、控制和具体实施;
项目评估及移交计划;
团队与技术管理
新员工培养计划制定和实施;
管理和支持团队成员日常工作;
构建产品技术支持团队;
组织跨部门技术小组,进行技术交流;
有效落实技术方案在一线的推广;
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Master degree is preferred, majored in computer science, industry automation, mechanical and electronic engineering.
At least 8 years of relevant technical support experiences, over 3 years team management experiences, and over 3 years of engineering development experience.
Strong mechanical related knowledge & skills.
Strong technical leadership with proven experience on technical operations and management
Good interpersonal skills, has the ability to handle stress, strong problem-solving skill and project management skill.
Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, English communication with vertical chain of matrix organization – field services, L2/L3 technical support teams.
Preferable trained with six sigma concept.
