任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，对财务有一定的了解
2、良好的英语口语与书写能力
3、可以和本部门，公司其他各部门，和总部各相关部门的同事们良好沟通与合作，服务意识强
4、 3年以上工作经验,有大型工控行业工作经验优先考虑
5、熟练使用Microsoft Office

岗位职责：
1、项目的评审及订单管理
2、起草和审查公司业务相关的中英文合同
3、项目风险管理
4、协助公司的法律事务
5、协助管理层制定商务风险评估和管控的流程
6、设计和实施信贷控制程序来提高应收账款有效性
7、处理复杂、困难的账户,使公司的资源得到有效利用
8、 配合销售员进行应收账款管理

Position：Commercial Officer
Reporting to： Finance Controller

Qualifications：
1. Bachelor or above degree, have finance knowledge
2. Good oral and writing English
3. Effective communication and cooperation with colleagues from same department, different departments, and Country / Group functions; service oriented
4. Above 3 years working experience, prefer to working in Large scale engineering industry
5. Proficient skills in Microsoft office

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the order pre approval process and order backlog management
2. Drafting and reviewing all kinds of Contracts both in English and Chinese related to the Company’s business
3. Risk management of the project
4. Support on Company’s legal affairs
5. Support Management in defining risk assessment and monitoring processes
6. Design and implement credit control and collection procedures to improve the receivables effectively
7. Support business to resolve collection issues, respond to complex, escalated enquiries and handle difficult accounts so that the company's resources are used efficiently
8. Coordinate the activities of AR, and sales people
