Responsibilities:

-Familiar with cost structure for Installation project costing
-Perform reconciliation for all project costs with financial reports
-Manage all payments for both local and international venders, including accrual and clear-off the withholding tax according to the local statutory requirements
-Prepare other accounting work related to BU business such as invoicing, AR and GL, etc.
-Monthly BU report including analysis on the full set of financial reports related to BU, including revenue and Cogs, aging reports for inventory, AR and AP, WIP situation review with project team
-Prepare for BU budget and monthly forecast, including both Rolling budget and Zero-based budget
-Perform BU Inventory management such as cycle count, annual stock take and variance investigation
-Assist BU owner setup financial related process, provide professional advice on tax and FX policy
-Communicate with BU administrators about projects progress, variance of actual Cogs and estimated Cogs, etc.


Qualifications/ Requirements:

-College degree or above in Finance or Accounting
-At least five years finance or accounting working experiences in International manufacturing company
-Excellent command of English both in written and spoken
-Strong ability to work independently
-Good communication skills
-Fundamental knowledge for tax and FX policy
-Good computer and accounting software skills
