Roles:
Responsible for providing focused HSE support to the Shangai location. Plan, direct, and implement facility HSE programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements, and create a proactive HSE culture by becoming a leader in HSE performance to support our vision of creating a incident-free workplace.

Responsibilities:
1. Interface with the corporate level Health, Safety & Environmental Director.
2. Ensure compliance with Country, Regional, Company and Facility regulations
3. Interact regularly and frequently as a resource/coach with first line supervision, team leads, facility workforce and manufacturing support personnel and contractors.
4. Develop, review and modify HSE programs and procedures
5. Facilitate/coordinate/conduct risk assessments, task hazard assessments, industrial hygiene surveys and monitoring
6. Facilitate/coordinate emergency response preparedness, planning and drills
7. Facilitate/coordinate the facility's Emergency Response Team (ERT)
8. Maintain accurate incident records
9. Develop and implement required HSE training
10. Support implementation of an OHSAS 18001 program

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Safety Management, Engineering or Science
2. 3 or more years related experience
3. Familiar with local HSE policy, OHSAS 18001 and ISO14001
4. Good English communication skills
