Responsibilities:职责

The position of QC Inspector will have responsibility for, but not limited to, the following job duties: NPE质量检验员的职责包括但不限于以下内容：

1. Perform the daily inspection on time in production process as per drawing, code, standard, and specification, and generate and issue the inspection reports to related party in a timely manner. 在生产过程中，根据图纸、标准、规范按时进行检验，并将相关检验报告按时发给有关各方。

2. Communicate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, vendor, third party surveyor, and customer representative about the quality issue.与工程师、采购、项目经理、供应商、第三方、以及客户代表沟通与质量相关的事宜。

3. Communicate with HSE about safety concerns in workplace. 与HSE部门沟通生产现场的安全问题。

4. Initiate Nonconformance Report when necessary and follow up the corrective actions and close-out of NCR. 如需要，发布不合格品报告并跟踪纠正措施及关闭。

5. Process the ERP system after inspection and accepted the products. 检验并接受产品后要在ERP系统里做相应处置。

6. Monitor and document the supplier’s daily performance to ensure the qualification of personnel and the quality requirements are followed. 监督并记录供应商的日常表现以确保符合人员资质和质量要求。

7. Bear other assignment from Quality Engineer or Quality Manager. 承担质量经理或质量工程师分配的其他任务。

Qualifications/ Requirements: 要求

1. 机械类相关专业专科以上学历，英语良好，能阅读英语规范College or above of Mechanical or related education, proficient English, and able to read English；

2. 至少5年以上相关管道现场检验的经验和1年以上焊接质量检验工作经验，现场处理实际问题能力强At least5 years experiences of piping field inspection and one year of welding inspection, and the strong ability of problem solving；

3. 熟悉和理解管道制作的ISO图纸和装配图 Be familiar with and understand ISO drawing and assembly drawing of piping fabrication；

4. 熟悉和压力管道所涉及到的主要标准，了解压力管道元件（含管件、阀门、法兰、密封元件等）的制造标准与检验要点 Be familiar with ASME B31.3 and ASMEASME-BPVC SEC IX and major piping related standards；understanding of pressure pipe components(fittings, valves, flanges, and seal elements)manufacturing standards and critical inspection points

5. 熟悉压力管道焊接工艺评定审查要点Be familiar with key points of pressure piping welding procedure qualification；

6. 熟悉压力管道焊接的主要特点、基本要求、主要焊接方法和检验要求，熟悉压力管道焊接常见缺陷以及防止措施Be familiar with the characteristics, basic requirements, main welding methods and inspection requirement of pressure pipe welding, understand normal welding defect and prevention measures of pressure piping.
