Responsibilities:

1. Master planning based on orders on hand and forecast provided by sales, to facilitate the resource planning of facility, equipment, labor and critical material
2. Generate planned production orders and purchase requisition in ERP
3. Material control to address the material readiness
4. Publish the production schedule, release production orders / material picking lists and monitor the adherence to the established schedule
5. Coordinate the out-contracted operations
6. Lead the production control, facilitate the cross-functional effort to resolve production stoppages
7. Lead the implementation of actions against Engineering changes
8. Inventory control including development of stocking programs and identification of excessive & obsolete material
9. Report out the variance of material usage and labor hours associated with daily production
10. Arrange the purchase of production consumables

Requirements:

1. College or above; Major in Mechanical Engineering
2. 3+ years related experience with Production planning and Material control mechanisms; Experience with equipment manufacturing business would be preferable
3. Familiar with MS Excel, database interfacing, ERP or MRP
4. Fundamental knowledge about project management
