职位描述
Key responsibilities:
1.Manages sales process of all assigned products including at least the following:
-Laboratory Yarn and Fiber
-On Line Direct Sales
-OEM indirect
2.Conducts all sales related efforts with prime consideration of the Uster Way of Sales including at least the following:
-Manages the sales process with the consulting, questioning and "pain resolution" methods
-Classifies active projects with the Hot List (Hot, Warm, etc.) and % probability according to the defined definitions, with provided tools and on prescribed schedule
-Uses tools such as Uster Easy Sales, Prospect Analysis spread sheets, "Are You There", product presentations, sale presenters, application information, Uster Statistics, etc.
-Communicates in an appropriate manner, asking for assistance from other Uster personnel as needed to assure success
-Ultimately closes orders to exceed prescribed targets
3.Maintains appropriate knowledge level of assigned Uster products, applications and value added opportunities for the customer
4.Supports the value added activities of After Sales and Textile Technology by at least the following:
-Include in proposals as appropriate
-Promotes the value added activities whenever possible
5.Participates in resolution of issues post sale including:
-Technical / after sales issues
-Receivable / payment issues (if applicable)
6.Plans and submits travel and customer contact schedule to manager on fixed schedule
-Maximizing customer contacts
-Minimizing expense
-Balancing attention on high opportunity projects to close and long-tern prospecting
7.Develops proposals considering the following:
-Accurate pricing based upon customer needs and current regional product pricing inclusive of Value Added Services
-Agreed Terms and Conditions with Uster management
-Appropriate projection of delivery times based on published schedule
-Defined responsibilities customer versus Uster
8.Constant awareness and reporting of customer needs and market trends in order that Uster management is constantly aware of market trends and as a basis for new product developments
Basic Requirements:
1.Minimum of 2 years work relevant experience.
2.Technical diploma, certificate or degree in related field of study or comparable qualification based on combination of related education, training and experience.
3.Good knowledge of the country's official language.
4.Good knowledge of English (written and verbal).
5.Overall communications ability to communicate to xternal and internal customers. Self-motivated in a manner that requires minimum supervision. Ability to close orders.
