Title:
Contrast Application Specialist


Position:
Specialists to successfully support the adoption of BraccoSine Non Ionic and MRI Contrast Media and s onto the Chinese market.
The position reports to the marketing manager.


Location:
Beijing-cover North Area
The job requires extensive travel which may entail frequent or extended overnight travel. Although some portion of the weekly working time may be spent in the company office or the employees home office, the majority of the essential responsibilities will be performed at customer sites.


Objective:
Maximize Contrast Media business by providing technical and clinical support.
Responsibilities:
?Instruct and familiarize customers in the operation of products at the users location or during tradeshows and courses
?Provide clinical advice to improve practical utilization of combination of the products in an effort to improve the customers business
?Advise customers of system upgrades and their impact on increasing customers business
?Interface with product marketing and sales organization to assure customer satisfaction including problem solving and resolution of any issues.
?Evaluate imaging department operation, review this information with Sales and Product Marketing, then if requested, recommend improvements in overall utilization of resources in the department.
?Work closely with sales to develop winning demonstration strategies on clinical benefits and applications of our contrast media
?Manage luminary accounts and conduct customer visits including planning and implementing pre and post-sales training and troubleshooting clinical applications.
?Develop and deliver, in cooperation with Product Management, customer & sales rep training on product use & documentation.
?Provide routine customer follow up to nurture customer relationships & satisfaction. Aid in customer issues and act as information liaison Shanghai office and field sales regarding customer feedback.
?Provide support at trade shows, educational events or professional conferences when requested.
?Support and comply with Corporate initiative



Qualifications:
Excellent skills in CT and MRI Imaging
Not less than 3 year of CT and MRI respective experience in a hospital setting or in a position similar to the present one
Good command of English
Willingness to travel
Computer/PC skills
Excellent communication/presentation skills
Team-work approach
Problem-solving attitude
Good time-management skills
