> Position Highlights(9 months of initial training in US)
Regional marketing support role responsible for execution of local market plan. Establishes local market awareness and understanding in support of corporate market strategy development. Understands Universal solutions and messaging, customizes for regional distribution channels to support business objectives for revenue, margin and market share.

Generates regional analyses regarding competitors, market share, and win / loss events. Supports and trains regional sales teams and multi-level distribution channels to deliver differentiation messaging to customers. Supports execution of all marketing communication and corporate promotional activities within the region. This position reports to the Regional Director of Business Development.


> Principal Accountabilities:
1. Analyze local markets to identify growth opportunities, support penetration strategy
2. Perform competitive analyses and win / loss analyses
3. Development of localized marketing collateral; deployment and training on value proposition
4. Identify solutions for market, provide supporting analysis to guide applications deployment
5. Support all regional marketing communication and corporate promotional activities

>Minimum Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering preferred
? +3 years experience in electronics industry capital equipment marketing desirable but not required
? Ability to live and work in China, fluent in Mandarin and English
? Ability to travel and live in the United States for up to 9 months for initial training
