. Purpose:
Primarily develop new formulation and give technical support on bitumen additives supports regional sales activities and most importantly meets innovation goal related to the Industrial Formulation business units.
Responsibility:
1. Product formulation and application developments
?Primarily bitumen additives and other IF product lines
?Proficiency in technical skill and knowledge, and have ability to apply and renew
2. Innovation & Product Development
?Project management - to meet timeline and innovation goals
?Conceptulize, select and execute value-added projects
?Contribution to business growth via innovation and product development
3. Technical service to customers
?Primarily bitumen additives and other IF product lines
?Provide technical solution to customers who encounter difficulties in using our products
?Educate customers about the usage and performance advantages of our products
?Familiarise customers with our product lines
?Reinforce business relationship with customers
4. Regional business/sales support
?Assist business teams / sales team with respect to technical service
5. Laboratory management.
?Ensure proper house keeping and systematic records of experiment results
?Ensure traceability and repeatability of experiment results
?Improve technical service quality and competency
?Improve and emphasise laboratory safety
6. Integration into global R&D/ technical network
?Play active role in regional & global R&D activities
?Understand the R&D direction and technology development

Requirement:
1. Major: Physical chemistry, prefer to surfactant and polymer.
2. Degree: Ph,d or master with 3 years working experience.
3. Experience in surfactant development using in construction material or agro lab;
4. Personality:open, good communication.
5. Good English in oral and writing
