Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree, with major in Engineering/business administration or a proven track record in similar position;
2.At least 10 years experience in production planning, control&management in foreign invested company;
3.Good knowledge of material,production management,inventory control and supplier chain management;
4.Knowledge in ISO 9000,Total Quality Management(TQM),or Six Sigma, emphasize continuous quality improvement is an advantage;
5.Excellent communicative,interpersonal,analytical and problem solving skills;
6.Excellent language skills in both English and Chinese;
7.Exposure of EMS/Print&Packaging industry is preferred;
8.Pleasant,aggressive,active and highly responsible attitude.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Overall responsible for all production/raw material schedule,process and operations to meet quantity,quality and delivery targets;
2.Overall responsible for continuous process improvement within the operations;
3.Supervision of safety practices within the production;
4.Overall responsible for all kinds of resources management;responsible for the general well being for the production staff,analyze the plant personnel and capital resources to select the best way of meeting the production goals;
5.Observe quality objective and initiates improvement programs;
6.Assist in investigating customers' complaints and resolution;
7.Work with the financial departments in order to come up with a budget and spending plan;
8.Work most closely with the customers,procurement and logistics;
9.Be responsible for making sure that the inventories of suppliers are maintained at their optimal levels in order for production to proceed without interruption;
10.General responsible for company property maintenance.
