Purpose and & Objectives for the position:
1.Carry out supplier product pre shipment on site inspection and follow up the corrective actions.
2.Act as quality communication interface between buying unit and suppliers to solve over engineering issues, and provide right quality assessment for supplier product.
3.Responsible for carrying out supplier audit and business principle audit and follow up correcive actions.
4.Assess supplier quality performance, and determine corrective actions.
5.Work with suppliers to improve customer satisfaction and reduce claims and non conformity report
6.Carry out supplier development project.
Provided quality-related and manufacturing training as needed for suppliers.

Competence & Skills
1.Strong intiatives
2.Supplier quality management skills, knowlege about quality control tools like control plan, cpk
3.Familiar with material standard and engineering standard
4.Experience in using measurement tools like CMM etc.
5.Tecnical competence in manufacturing process like machining , casting, forging , welding etc.
6.Must be proficient in the use and application of quality tools(like DMACI, 8D) data collection, analysis and reporting; SPC trained or Green Belt preferred
7.High problem solving skills
8.High communication skillls

Education and experience
1.Bachlor degree in Engineering
2.5 years experience in mechanical engineering
3.Fluent in speaking, reading, writing and listening English.
