Position Description

1) Coordinate with business users, Key users, and IT support teams to effectively support Oracle daily operational in China, mainly focusing on manufacturing modules
2) Oracle project implementation involvement. Coordinate with both local and corporate IT team, ERP Development team to fulfill development of documentation for requirements definition, usability, scope, and breadth/depth of project and milestone plans, statements of work for Oracle.
3) Will work with other IT BAs and business users closely for business process improvements and the evaluation and support of business systems
4) Works with Flowserve business management teams to deploy best practice of business process in Oracle.
5) Manages the development and delivery of “Key User” training programs and other ERP competency initiatives
6) Oracle Change Request management
7) As the coordinator to work closely with IT manager to deploy other business applications in China

Position Requirements
Requirements:
1) Bachelor of Computer science or equivalent.
2) 5 years Oracle or ERP functional support /project implementation experience and experiencing in Oracle Manufacturing modules
3) Experiencing in relative industry will be preferred
4) Good English communication skill---reading, writing and speaking
5) Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
6) Good team work and time management.
