Principal Accountabilities:
o Look after valves and automation business with MNC Customer
o Meet or exceed annual booking plan within assigned territory.
o Promote and sell all applicable Valve products directly or through distribution
o Mainly focus on pursuing MNC projects, cover EPCs
o Maintain the Relationship with existing key and Account customers.
o Ensure to create weekly travel plan for key projects follow-up, key customers visit
o Frequently make business travel & give product presentation, pursue projects tightly per the above plan.
o Support distributors to dig out MRO and small potentials within your territory
o Good communication periodically on the Projects, Customers visit feedback for any sales activities changes required and
create after-visit report on traveling.
o Self-training on products, processes, commercials and communication with supervisor on further training request
o React promptly to market trends and conditions, customer activities and strategies to proactively

Qualifications:

o BA degree in mechanical or automation
o 3 ~5 years working experiences in valves companies, engineering companies and related trading companies, good
knowledge on valves and valve automation products.
o With MNC & EPC sales experience is preffered.
o High team work spirit
o Willing to travel frequently
