· keep the facility in good condition

保持工厂设施运行状态良好；

· organise maintenance and repair work, and have appropriate maintenance plans available

· deal with security issues and security guards

Car management

车辆管理

· make sure all Company cars get regularly inspected and appropriated managed.

确保所有公司车辆定期检查及有效管理。

l ensure that all drivers have appropriate driver licenses, and improve drivers with higher accident rates

确保所有的司机都有适当的驾驶执照,纠正改进高事故率的司机。

Health&safety

健康与安全

· organise and record quarterly HES committee meetings headed by Alex Jiang

· 组织和纪录季度的健康安全环境委员会会议。

· waste treatment and handling (water, noise, gas, scraps) according to environmental regulations

· 根据环保法规，进行废物处理（水，气，噪声，废料）

ISO 14001 etc

· Support the ISO team in ISO 14001 支持ISO 14001 体系团队工作.

其他

Canteen and food quality, external supplier确保食堂和食品质量，管理外部供应商

· Garden work and maintenance管理公司园林供应商

· Liaison with landlord / PHT for property management联络物业业主，确保物业管理

Job Requirements

职位要求：

· Degree in admin, engineering or similar

行政，工程或类似专业本科毕业。

5 year experience in H&S and/or facility management， 2 years management experience will be preferred.

五年以上安全环境健康及设备管理经验，2年以上人员管理经验。

· Well organised，Flexible， * good in writing and communication

· 良好的组织能力，灵活性。 * 良好的英语沟通交流能力，CET6级以上。

· Have Driver license

· 有驾照。
