Job Summary

工作概述

Provides technical services to customers and sales force. Assists to achieve the sales targets by providing professional technical services.

为客户和销售团队提供技术服务，通过提供专业的技术服务协助完成销售目标。

Principal Accountabilities

主要职责

1. Provides technical support related to company's products to clients and sales force, including development of product strategies, customer programs and marketing plans.

向客户和销售队伍提供公司产品的技术支持，包括制定产品策略和客户项目及制定市场营销计划；

2. Conducts seminar. Revievws/Updates technical documentation of assigned products, e.g. product poster, technical manual.

举办研讨会，修订和更新相关产品的技术资料，如产品海报、技术手册等。

3. Handles customers complaints, provides assistance with reponse to quality improvement request.

处理客户投诉，协助处理质量改进要求的相关问题；

4. Gathers assimilates and analyzes market and competitive information, provides proposales for updating products and product portfolio.

收集并分析市场和竞争信息，提供建议以更新产品和产品组合；

5. Arranges custmers visits to plant sites in support of customer quality programs.

安排客户参观工厂以便支持客户质量计划。

Possesses specific knowledge of assigned products, markets and customer base. Requires good listening and communication skills(oral and written), the ability to make business presentation.

Works under general supervision.Assignments are given in terms of specific objectives. Independently follows procedures. Selects, adapts, and implements approaches to accomplish product or marketing plan objectives. Assumes accuracy for generated data reports. Errors in execution of assigned tasks could cause delays in meeting customer requirements, and have a moderate impact on current and potential future business.

在监督下工作，根据具体的目标制定工作任务。独立地按照程序工作。选择、改进、实施方法来完成产品或市场计划目标。负责统计数据和报告的准确性。在执行既定任务过程中的错误可能会造成延迟满足客户的需求，并对现在和潜在的未来业务造成一定程度的负面影响。

Qualifications and Experience

1. University graduated, majored in Vet.

大学本科，兽药专业。

2. 2-3 years relative working experience.

2-3年相同岗位经验。
