Responsibilities

1. HR Department: Oversees the implementation and administration of Human Resources policies, programs and practices. Develops and manages department goals, objectives, systems and annual budget.

2. Teambuilding and recruiting: Establishes and leads recruiting and searching practices necessary to recruit and retain an effective staff. Expands the recruitment channels. (Finding and selecting talents nationwide and worldwide will be critical for this high-tech company’s growth & development)

3. Training and Development: Develops and implements training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs.

4. Performance Management: Builds and implements a performance management system to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company.

5. Compensation and Benefits: Develops and implements compensation strategies and policies that align with company goals.

6. Organizational Planning and Development: Directs a process of organizational planning and organizational development that addresses issues such as succession planning, career development, key employee retention, organization design, work-load analysis and change management. Ensure optimal staffing levels.

7. Employee Relations: Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company that will establish a positive employee relationship and promote a high level of team morale and motivation. Plays the leading role in building a performance-oriented, innovative and honest company culture.

8. Public Relations: Assists in building and maintaining good PR, especially with local governments.

Requirements

l. Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience at senior management level in technology industry preferred.

2. Degree(s) from reputable university (eg: 211 Universities in China)

3. Proven experience and ability to work at both strategic and operational levels

4. Broad knowledge of and hands-on experience in employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.

5. Able to work successfully and productively in a team environment or independently and deal with multi-tasks effectively.

6. Excellent teambuilding and problem-solving skills with the ability to envision and deliver innovative solutions.

7. Results and people oriented, but have sound judgment and the ability to balance other business considerations

8. Willing to travel (up to one third of work time).

9. Good in written and spoken English.

10.Very high ethical standard, with no compromise in personal integrity.

Compensation:

We provide decent compensation package. The work location is Beijing or Suzhou, China, For those relocating to Suzhou, we provide assistance in local housing.
