岗位职责：
通过有效的质量管理体系与质量控制方法，确保产品满足客户需求。
1. 管理发展有效的质量保证团队；
2. 发展和维护ISO质量/环境管理体系；
3. 制定来料和过程检验计划和检验表并且有效实施检验；
4. 调查并处理品质问题，提出改善及预防措施；
5. 供应商质量问题的调查及措施的跟踪
6. 与生产、技术发展、采购、全球质量、供应商和外协商就品质问题进行沟通并改善；
7. 主管安排的其它工作。

工作年限：5年以上

任职资格的具体描述：
1. 极强的质量管理的经验和个性；
2. 熟悉机械加工及其检验；
3. 熟悉铸造产品检验；
4. 熟练的英语读写能力
5. 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系；
6. 良好的计算机应用－熟练使用MS Office及统计软件(Minitab 或SigmaXL)。
7. 本科学历，主修机械工程或相关专业；
8..3年以上跨国公司的质量管理经验。
9. 3年以上供应商质量管理的经验
