Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for store development in north China

· Find the internal & external signage locations in each city of the region

· Review progress of site finding and take actions to step up the pace

· Negotiate and manage the lease contract

·   Coordinate the store construction works in cooperating with construction department

· Collect and analyze the relevant information for future store development opportunities

Qualifications:

· At least 3-5 years？ experience in a related capacity (shopping mall leasing management experience is preferred)

· Strong communication and PC skills (English speaking)

· Creative, innovative, pro-active and persuasive

· Good team player, disciplined and able to handle stress

· Entrepreneur, consistent and results driven

· Business travel required
