As a R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for all the R&D activities, in Process Automation Business Area in Hangzhou, China.

Reporting to the R&D Team Manager you will be responsible for test cases, test strategies and test tools.

- Reviewing requirements, designing test cases, executing test cases, and analyzing test result, working closely with developer and multi-disciplinary team members
- Conceiving test strategy and building test automation scripts to ensure high quality before products release
- Discovering efficiency improvement points, developing test tools and scripts to improve test efficiency, and generating recommendations for optimization

- 3+ years of experience in black/white box test, automation test or test development, and experience in industrial control product development and test is preferred
- Proficient in test procedures and test strategies, familiar with test case design methods, must independently design and complete test cases with high matching degree
- Specialist knowledge of DCS/PLC systems control and electromechanical applications and familiar with fieldbus protocol such as PROFIBUS, HART, PROFINET, OPC UA, MODBUS, MODBUS-TCP, CAN
- A bachelor’s degree (BSc) / master degree (MSc) in a relevant technical education like computer science, control technology, or electronics engineering
- Proficiency in using more than one scripting language, shell, python and experience with Python instrument control and automated testing is preferred
- Sound understanding of agile methodology and software engineering practices and must have good quality consciousness, strong problem analysis and positioning ability
- Good to have embedded software or hardware development experience, team player in a collaborative team with basic spoken and written English for daily work
