职位描述

Duties and Responsibilities:

(a). Plan brands training schedule

(i) Well understand training focus and priority according to business strategy.

(ii) Well understand company activities for better training scheduling.

(iii) Plan and coordinate with brands on monthly, quarterly and yearly training activities, including in-store training, in-class training, Train-the-Trainer, Master Competition, digital learning and other relevant training programs.

(iv) Plan brand training and AT in-store training for new opening stores.

(b). Training coordination and communication

(i) Monitor the implementation of in-store training, close monitor and follow up both brands’ and stores’ training execution, perform regular store visit and provide reasonable training solution. Follow up in-store training performance and result of both brand field coaches and store staff.

(ii) Monitor and ensure the smooth implementation of brand in-class training, follow up in-class training performance and result.

(iii) Well understand brand new launch information via good communication with category, provide relevant training support and follow up training result.

(iv) Ensure Sephora Code of Conduct is communicated to all brand field coaches and brand trainers. Help brand trainers and field coaches to well understand the training process and procedure.

(v) Ensure both brand trainers and training participants follow Sephora code of conduct for any kind of training, such as in-store training, in-class training, and other training activities.

(vi) Communicate with brands and stores about training organization.

(vii) Investigate on training needs and deal with complaints.

(viii) Coordinate with Sephora Area Trainers to set up regional training scheduling and monitor training result.

(ix) Monitor all kinds of brand training activities process, procedure and result.

(x) Regular communication with SM/ADMs/RDs on in-store training performance.

(xi) Survey retail training needs.

(xii) Other training program coordination and support activities.

(c). Manage and maintain training reservation platform

(i) Take initiative to monitor training plan and result via training reservation platform. Adjust or reschedule training plan when necessary.

(ii) Manage the training figures and training reports of the reservation platform.

(iii) Manage all brands training evaluation, and feedback to relevant parties.

(iv) Upgrade training reservation platform upon business needs.

(d). Training analysis and reports

(i) Summarize monthly brand training reports, including in-store training, in-class training, TTT and other training programs.

(ii) Analysis monthly, quarterly and yearly brand training performance, prepare report to feedback to brands, category and retail, especially for top brands.

(iii) Evaluate and analysis brand training performance and business result


Qualifications:

(a). Attention to details, organization skills is a necessity

(b). Passionate and willing to learn new things

(c). Good communication and interpersonal skills

(d). Good verbal and written English skills

(e). Good at word/excel/power-point

(f). At least 2 years relevant work experience is preferred
