1. Provides high-quality and precisely-timed C&B management including monthly payroll operation, salary adjustment, bonus calculation, and etc.
2. Works with the vendor on HRIS implementation with employee E-leave application, employee self-service realization, and etc.
3. Manages HRIS to ensure all employees information, salary & benefits data, attendance & leave record updated and accurate
4. Works directly with Payroll and Benefit service provider to ensure that the policies and payment are legally compliant with government authorities (tax/social security/local labor authority, etc)
5. Assists in development and maintenance of human resources policies and procedures
6. Participates in HR budgeting and reporting
7. Prepare and update various HR reports, such as headcount report, attrition rate report, expenses report, and etc.
8. Assist in participate in C&B survey including data submission and report analysis
9. Performs other ad hoc tasks or reports requested by the supervisor

Qualification:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and over 5 years HR experience necessary at multi-national company
2. Must have hands-on experience in , full HR spectrum preferred
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint) and HRIS
4. A good command of both oral and written English
5. Familiar with China Labor laws and legislations
6. Excellent communication, coordination and people relationship skills
7. Team player, professional and detailed by nature

1. 提供优质精准的薪酬福利管理保障工作，管理工资的发放、薪酬的调整和奖金的计算等
2. 与供应商合作完成HRIS系统的顺利执行，实现员工网上休假申请、员工自助服务的实现等功能
3. 管理HRIS，确保所有员工信息、工资福利信息、出勤/休假记录的及时准确性
4. 与薪酬福利服务供应商保持联系，确保所有相关政策符合政府（税务/社会福利/地方劳动局，等）相关法律法规要求
5. 协助起草和更新公司人力资源相关的政策和程序
6. 参与人力资源部门预算制定和汇报工作
7. 准备和更新各种人力资源报告，例如准备人头、离职率、费用、以及进展报告等
8. 协助上级参与薪酬调研，包括数据的递交和报告的分析
9. 完成上级布置的其它工作任务或报告

任职资格：

1. 本科以上学历
2. 5年以上跨国公司人力资源工作经验
3. 拥有在中国境内的人力资源工作经验，全方位的人力资源经验优先考虑
4. 优秀的口头和书面英语能力
5. 熟悉中国劳动法
6. 优秀的沟通、协调和人际交流技巧
7. 团队合作、专业细致的职业精神
