Primary Objective:    

Lead sales function for assigned territory or products to achieve sales targets (located in Shenzhen)    

Key Activities:    

- Develops and maintains customer relationship, well control and manage key accounts    

- Independent sales capability to setup sales strategy, planning, and achieve sales target.    

- Capable to develop new accounts.    

- Collect payments.

- familar with Back-end Semiconductor equipment, including Molding, Die attach, etc is preferred

- have back ground of Back-end Semiconductor experience is encouraged
