Position Title: HRIS Engineer

Department: Human Resources

Grade: Specialist

Role Purpose:

Implement, operate and provide support on HRIS and related information, including attendance, reporting, analysis & security access; provides analytical, functional, and project management support to HR related programs and projects.

Key Accountabilities:

HRIS Overall

• Be responsible to maintain, update and optimize HR system related to make sure the system working efficiency

• Provide technical support to users on daily basis and deeply follow up to secure the daily job of system related.

• Work with vendor to initiate new system needs/projects upon business demanding, and conduct the update plan and implementation.

• Prepare and update system operation booklet and deliver training to users.

• Support line manager when needed

  HRIS Operation

• Create user accounts in HR system, maintain user accounts and authorization line for work flow.

• Maintain organization module, including but not limited to departments, positions in HR system.

• Collect store basic information, create and initialize new opening store information in system timely.

• Maintain and update store type, store opening & closing, O.G chart in HR system timely.

• Maintain attendance periods, deliver technical support to attendance analysis and submission.

• Initialize store GPS location timely, deliver technical support to retail click in/out.

• Support and optimize reports in HR system, ensure accuracy and delivery on time.

• Regularly check system security and access right to reduce risks.

• Propose system optimization plan to improve system accuracy.

  Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant HR system working experiences

• Experience on HR projects is a plus

• Detail-oriented, patient, good interpersonal communication

• Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, can manage work time efficiently.

• Be result-driven, and good team player

• Good English skill both written and oral
