Position Title                   :    Animation Assistant VM Manager

Department                      :    Merchandising

Duties and Responsibilities:   

1.  Creative Design
2. Design in store thematic display according to business requests, including creative design, module structure design and VM materials proposed
3. Create new format for in store deco, especially for new store and special project
4. Vendor Management
5. Coach VM vendors to improve their design ability and catch in store display requests
6. Guide new vendors to understand design logic and involve in company projects ASAP
7. Innovation
8. Keep eye on opportunity of in-store display improvement and upgrade to the new level
9. Fully understand the latest display in the cosmetics market, can share new trends and use them properly afterwards
10.  Cross Functional Communication
11. Take the ownership and be a VM expert to influence and balance cross functions’ design expectation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree, At least 4~5 years VM working experience and it would be a plus if has working experience in cosmetic field
2. Be good command of written & spoken English
3. Be good at all kinds of design software
4. Good communication skill
5. Hard-working, responsible, pro-active and team spirit
