Position Title : （Senior）HR Specialist

Grade : Specialist

Department : Human Resources

Duties and Responsibilities:

Routine Jobs:

- Responsible to monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurately delivery.

- Work with HRIS engineer to maintain and modify salary matrix in HRIS.

- Monthly salary adjustment letter preparation and update into system

- Responsible to supervise the leave management to ensure all data correct in system, and provide the leave analysis to management upon the demanding.

- Responsible to prepare HR monthly Report and analysis to management.

- Monthly and yearly declaration for individual income taxes.

- Work with C&B manager to conduct Salary survey project and optimize Salary structure.

- Work closely with the C&B Manager to develop and implement competitive compensation plan, benefits program, reward program and effective HR information system to support business plans/strategies.

- Support to prepare yearly PCR and ICR review

Projects:

- Support to collect and analysis government latest law and regulations to design or improve existing policy/process.

- Support to prepare and launch the related compensation project, such as new bonus scheme, Allowance upgrade, etc.

Qualifications:

- 6 years at least of relevant HR working experience

- 4 + years experiences in C&B function

- With high team spirit and personal efficiency

- Detail-oriented, patient, good interpersonal communication

- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, can manage work time efficiently.

Good English skill both written and oral
