Primary Responsibilities 主要职责：

1. Conduct accounting processes including revenue recognition, inventory and costing and responsible for all relevant accounting records;收入确认、存货、成本核算等会计处理，并负责相关会计记录;
2. Prepare all reporting processes including but not limited to month-end closing reporting, quarterly or other periodic reporting package, annual AFP and MYP, SOX reporting, and responsible for all reporting data accuracy and timeliness, and ensure insightful commentary and analysis is communicated and properly followed-up;报告，包括但不限于月结报告、季度或其他定期报告包、年度AFP和MYP、SOX报告，负责所有报告数据的准确性和及时性，并确保沟通和跟进分析结果;
3. Responsible for project accounting, track project progress and provide project cost analysis for operation decision;项目核算，跟踪项目进度，为运营决策提供项目成本分析;
4. Develop business analytical function to support management in business monitoring, cost control, investment decision and strategic planning;业务分析功能，支持管理层进行业务监控、成本控制、投资决策和战略规划;
5. Oversee SOX/internal control execution to ensure the entities are in line with both group policy and local compliance requirement;SOX/内部控制的执行，确保符合集团政策和当地的合规要求;
6. Responsible for audit coordination, including data provision, audit discovery tracking and implementation.审核协调，包括数据提供、审核发现跟踪和改进实施。
7. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. 完成其他指派的工作相关任务。

Qualifications/ Requirements 任职要求：

   1. College degree or above in Finance or Accounting with 5 years finance or accounting working experiences in MNC manufacturing company, preferably US listed company;会计专业大专及以上学历，外企制造业公司财务或会计5年以上工作经验，美国上市公司优先；

   2. Proficient knowledge in accounting both PRC and US GAAP and sound experience in local laws and regulation such as banking, tax, FX transaction, Customs regulation, etc.;中国和美国的会计准则，具有丰富的银行、税务、外汇交易、海关监管等地方法律法规经验;

  3.  Good command of English both in written and spoken; 良好的英语听说读写能力

  4.  Fundamental knowledge for bonded warehouse, tax and foreign currency; 具备保税仓库、税务、外汇基础知识;

  5. Composed and mature, good skills in communication, solving problems and managing conflicts. 沉稳、成熟，有良好的沟通、解决问题和管理冲突的能力
