Responsiblities

1.Be responsible for plant level continuous improvement activities, focusing on but not limited to manufacturing.
2.Work with other function leaders, under guidance of hiring manager, to prepare annual CI plan, including cost improvement, training and people development.
3.Through implement deployment plan of CI program. Develop individual implementation plan for CI initiatives and make sure goal achieve.
4.Serve as expert in CI subjects, such as 6-sigma or lean manufacturing concept. Lead and execute continues improvement project to optimize process cost, quality and service;
5.Build up CI project initiative and project selection mechanisms. Sep up proposal/project pool and make priority of project.
6.Build up CI training plan. Tailor and customize CI training course according to site practice
7.Support CI culture build up, such as sharing best practice experience, communicating progress.
8.Employment legislation. To comply at all times with the Lincoln Electric Code of Corporate Conduct.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

1.Excellent communication skills are essential. Ability to introduce, gain buy-in and implement new ideas, procedure and methodology will be critical. Trainer experience would be better.
2.Familiarity with CI tools:

4.KAIZEN/Lean manufacturing tools;
5.Value steam mapping;
6.TPM;
7.KANBAN;
8.5S;
9.No less than 5 years
