Responsibility

• Contract review & management

• Monitor and continuously optimize HELLA China Contract Review Process


• Draft and release HELLA standard contracts and processes


• Review sales & purchasing contracts during the course of daily business operation


• Legal consulting on sales, purchasing and other miscellaneous topics

• Dispute resolution (excluding labor disputes)

• Legal support to Sales & Purchasing teams regarding various dispute topics


• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external lawyers to manage legal actions


• Manage litigation related legal fees

 
• Project support (M&A/JV)
  


• Support in transaction documents drafting and negotiation


• Manage external legal advisors on the deal (excluding employment legal advisors)
  


• Other miscellaneous tasks
  


• HELLA China Panel Firms management


• Legal training (to new employees, and to Sales & Purchasing teams)


• Ad hoc legal support to HELLA China JVs

Requirements

• PQE 5~7 years (law firm experience preferred)


• Legal education in prestige law school(s)


• PRC bar admission (preferred)


• Fluent in both written and oral English


• Self-starter, team player and influential communicator
