1. Establish and manage project plans; 

2. Build project team and assign individual responsibilities internally and lead the team;

3. Responsible for all phases of project execution and making sure projects are progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards;

4. Day to day management of resources and progress;

5. Hold regular meetings with project team to monitor status of the projects, deal with problems, make improvements and achieve desired results;

6. Monthly report to Director of automation upon major problems and ongoing issues and finance forecast.

7. Support colleagues and accepting specific responsibility for key tasks as requested;

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in project management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or other technical major

2. 5+ years working experience with minimum 2 years of project management

3. Acceptable Microsoft Project software skill

4. Capable of reading the drawings like flow chart, layout, etc.

5. Capable of working under medium stress

6. Experience in managing the budget for projects

7. Has leadership ability, strong team management

8. Hands on personality, constructive minded, self-motivated

9. Well organized and structured working style

10. Good written and spoken English skills

11. Proficient with Project Management tools
