Resoponsibility:

1. Forming project team and carrying out project kick-off.

2. Carrying out project planning (procedure, target date, structure).

3. Commissioning of work packages and project internal controlling (performance progress, target dates, costs, quality).

4. Carrying out incoming order cost calculation and regular co-calculation and control.

5. Guaranteeing execution of SDR2, design freeze and acceptances (e.g. first sample inspection).

6. Representation of the project towards the customer.

7. Warranty projects customer complaints, spare parts and FMI management.

8. Contract management (risk management, claim management, change order management, change management)

Requirement:

1. University graduate in engineering or similar major background;

2. Minimum of 5 years experiences in project management program (Experience related to elevator, escalator, railway or automotive industry is preferred)

3. Knowledge of legal and negotiation and contract management;

4. Sufficient know ledges and skills for project management (PMP certified is preferred);

5. Customer orientation, problem solving and decision making;

6. Excellent communication ability;

7. English as working language required;

8. Good at MS Office software, especially Excel ,Word and PowerPoint;

  Self-motivated and good team player.
