* 了解生产工艺流程及工艺参数控制方法；
* 良好的生产线及车间现场管控、问题发现、分析和解决的能力；
* 确保各项日常报表按时完成；
* 协助品控主管落实供应商管理的具体工作的能力；
* 协助品控主管完成投诉管理流程，跟踪和确认纠正措施的能力；
* 良好的授课能力，对生产员工进行GMP和相关体系的培训；
* 实验室相关工作；
