Overview

 As the business growing larger, there is a growing credit needs from customers.  In order to support the business and customers’ growth in China for longer run, MSKB Finance initiated a creative solution to leverage banking system for cash supply to customers.  This is a totally new business transactions that has never been operated ever before.  Thus, we need new capabiity to support this solution.  

 The solution planned is to work with ICBC Bank and provide Supply Chain financing solution to over customers with an overall credit limit, which would generate an incremental cash funding to customers on an annual basis. 

To support “Supply Chain Finance” project and “Order to Cash” process automation project in year 2020, we plan to hire a dedicated Senior Accountant - AR to in-charge customer related works.

  

 Key responsibilities:

New AR responsibilities:

  

• Responsible for Supply Chain Financing coordination and reconciliation work with ICBC Bank, cuostmers and Sales team, including but not limited to:

  • Judge collection amount via all kinds of channels (cash / credit / rebate / advance) and approve or reject customer application

  • Work with ICBC Bank, customer and Sales team for credit release, provide credit supporting (contract, VAT invoice, etc.), update credit status and reconcile credit balance, etc.

  • Mapping / release sales order and perform AR ledger clearance via SAP

  • Follow up VAT invoice via Golder Tax system

• Support AR Assistant Manager in relate to “Order to Cash” process automation project

• Other assigned work, if any

   

  Existing AR responsibilities:

• Perform customer related AR reconciliation and ledger clearance

• Responsible for customer related AR DSO and follow up overdue balance with Sales team

• Monitor customer related VAT invoice issuance, reconciliation related matters. 

• Support for AR related balance sheet reconciliation worksheet.

   

  Transfer from GL responsibilities:

• Responsible for price set up & update in SAP, including but not limited to:

  • PR00 annual update

  • SD price update for project, promotional, special discount, retail, sample, etc.

  • SD price extension and modification

• Responsible for customer master data management via. OA system      

   

   Requirements and Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Accounting related field, 985/211 is a plus

• 5 years+ similar AR working experience in FMCG industry

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and proficient knowledge of ERP, SAP experience

• Good oral and business writing skills in English

• Good knowledge of regulations related to Accounting and Tax
