Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer complaints activities to ensure the complaints are solved effectively and timely.

2. Utilize Quality Engineering principles and problem solving skills to analyze quality problems together with Engineering and production, to improve and maintain products/processes that are aligned with the overall quality objective.

3. Monitor the status of product quality-related improvement actions. Review results of improvement actions to ensure that actions taken are adequate.

4. Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action. Escalation of quality issues as appropriate.

5. Facilitate the corrective/preventive action system and follow-up on implementation and documentation

6. Conduct regular product audits to assess if product requirements are fulfilled to identify potential im-provement area.

7. Support the handling of quality issue from cross companies.

8. Perform other related duties as assigned by QM.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electronic or its equivalent.

2. 5+ years experience as a Quality Engineer with Mechanical field

3. Experience with customer resolving issues/complaints management. 8D, problem analysis

4. Experience with ISO 9001 standard, quality assurance is preferred

5. Proactive working attitudes

6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required

7. Good knowledge of MS office, in particular MS Excel

8. Strong at driving activities for good results, solution and continuous improvement
