Duties and Responsibilities:

    

1. For online-store's sales reconciliation
2. Understand the process and logic of transactions, be able to identify the unreasonable orders and work with e-commerce teams to solve problems.
3. Monthly AR analysis and timely follow-up

                

1. For offline-stores' sales reconciliation
2. Weekly sales reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and timeliness, not only for sales data but also for actual payment collection
3. Monthly AR aging analysis and follow-up to confirm timely receivable from LLD
4. Monthly reconciliation of key bank accounts, clarify tha nature of all transactions, remind PIC to follow up and get the feedback for unprocessed part.
5. Bank charges and interests confirmation that require manual identification
6. Cash pooling and internal transfer funds confirmation if happened
7. POS receipts and other store documents archive on time
8. Familiar with stores' transactions process, able to guide stores to deal with related settlement issues

                                    

    

    

Qualification：

    

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 2+ years accounting/finance experience, experience with retailing company and online transaction is a plus.
3. Responsible and time-conscious, good communication and team spirit, willing to take the challenge.
4. Good command of English
