LSHE is Solarturbines authorized packager in China to delivery industrial gas turbines (model: T60/T70/T130) mainly with CHP application.    

This is a key position which is critical to the company (LSHE) in achieving its gas Solarturbines business objectives and has significant account and territory responsibility.  

Selected incumbent will be based in LSHE’ field office:Shanghai or Kunshan and cover the whole gas market in Yangtze River Delta.   

Job Description  

1. Responsible for the sale of new turbomachinery systems (i.e. new project sales) with natural gas as main fuel typically in CHP application

2. Involve in direct technical and commercial sales activities in Yangtze River Delta

3. Create, identify and manage opportunities, leading to an accurate and adequate sales pipeline and forecast

4. Travel to customer sites to build and strengthen relationships, discover needs and wants, present application solutions, close business and support customers

5. Work closely with the Sales Manager, prepares commercial and technical proposals and represent the company in negotiations with potential customers

6. Establish pricing, perform negotiations, manage customers’ expectation, and perform marketing analysis

7. Work in collaboration with Project Application Engineering (PAE), Customer Services, Construction Services, Contracts and Finance departments

8. Respond to customer needs, which includes finalizing contract or purchase order

9. Work towards exceeding customer expectations and annual sales goals

   Qualification and Experience Requirement   基本条件和经验要求   -         

1.    Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent -          
2.   Minimum three years of relevant sales experience in the Power Generation market or natural gas market, ideally with turbomachinery application
3.   Ability to interface cross culturally as well as cross functionally 
4.   Fluent in English and good writing will be an added advantage. 
5.     Microsoft office skills (word,exl,..) are mandatory.  

 Specialized Knowledge and  Skill Requirement  所需专业知识和技能要求        

1.   Demonstrate general knowledge of turbomachinery principles and applicat
2.   Experience in preparing and delivering proposals and strong presentation skills
3. Leadership skills to identify and secure resources necessary to prepare proposal
4.  Deliver on commitments and to influence the customer to select solarturbines product
5. Maintain up-to-date power generation industry knowledge, market and trends  
6. Well know natural gas industry, market and trends in China.
