Duties and Responsibilities:

As a warehouse manager in the Logistics team, the scope is including the logistics project development, and manages the distribution centers to ensure an efficient, high degree of client satisfaction and timely processing and distribution.

- To maintain the Distribution Center Operations, act as main contact point for both external and internal customers.
？ Regular review performance with suppliers and KPI control
？ Responsible for partnering with functional team members and consultants to build comprehensive, resource –leveled to support company activities
？ Solve warehouse daily activity issues concerning logistics department, and handle customer complaint and solve issues to improve the relationship
？ Inbound, outbound and stock transfer operations follow up, daily logistics action implementation
？ To control of the stock accuracy, weekly stock phasing job is necessary. Keep work closely with both IT and warehouse operation team to ensure the EDI / operation issues to be solved timely but with the clear justifications.

- To develop together with 3PL and review the warehouse capacities based on the objective of improving productivity and control of the accuracy of the overall operation.
？ Analyze and review warehouse operation of the best practices in terms of storage and handling hardware and processes.
？ Maintain flexibility and scalability in the layout design, optimize racking and storage space, maximize use of available space.
？ Consider possible expansion options to minimize disruptions when they occur.
？ Plan for both peak and average conditions and provide plans for future growth and possible business changes.
？ Implement and enforce Best Practice Lean Logistics Tools and Techniques to optimize warehouse efficiency, taking care of training and coaching warehouse associates.
？ Minimize the warehouse operational costs and budget control
？ To lead the projects for keeping both of process and cost optimizations



任职要求：

Qualifications:
- 6 years proven working experience in logistics area, with at least two years management position.
- 3PL management experience is necessary and experience in plant Logistics is a plus.
- Bachelor’s management, trade, stocktaking, supply chain or any related field of study.
- Post Graduate degree or a bachelor degree in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Good computer skill at MS office and Warehouse Management System, knowledge & experience in ERP/SAP applications.
- Experience of logistic optimization project management.
- Proven physical logistic knowledge (overall supply chain experience is a plus).
- Experience in lean management techniques is a plus.
- Strong problem solving capability is required
- Analytical driven, open minded and goal oriented
- Retail background is a plus
- Understanding
- Fluent English
