Position Title : Category Specialist

Department : Merchandising

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To support category manager organize monthly animation according to schedule

？ New brand/sku launch or re-launch organization

？ Administration procedure of routine animation

？ Liaise and co-operate with different function department ensuring good animation execution

？ Tracking promotion performance and give corresponding action for reaching sales target and keeping proper stock.

2. Online operation

？ Monthly VB bundle and performance tracking, build more efficiency online VB alone with brand Marketing tempo.

？ Support brand to booking online resource and monitor for performance.

？ Online GWP management.

？ Live stream arrangement both for mono and mix, work with internal cross functional team to increase live stream ROI through smoothly corporation.

3. Planogram

？ Coordinate with category manager to review product list monthly and maintain a precise product assortment list

？ Make sure POG updated information is communicated to merchandizing team for any new launch/ POG update

？ Work with supplier for the clearance plan of discounted sku (Phase IN/OUT follow-up)

4. Stock management

？ Routine communicate with supplier and logistic team

？ Closely monitor brand inventory situation especially for high depreciation risk brand.

5. Marketing

？ To follow-up and coordinate the execution of beauty class /road show

？ To follow up and coordinate the execution of “Sephora Day” PR event

6. New brand /sku

？ To organize new brand launch in terms of administration part and marketing part

？ To coordinate all training material for ensuring training department is able to train our sales staff

？ Performance and order forecaster review during launching period

7. Administration

？ Routine reports preparation

？ Routine administration paper work follow up

8. SOURCING

？ Support and coordinate new project / product development with local suppliers with cat ***.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years' related experience in buying or marketing /trade marketing function in retail, cosmetic FMCG industry

2. Good communication /organization /analysis skill, Team work and result –oriented

3. Good command of English and MS office software (excel .word, PowerPoint)

4. Data sensitivity, analysis skill, result –oriented spirit
