Title: Senior E-Platform Manager, Tmall Partnership

Key Responsibilities:

1、 Develop Tmall platform overall strategy and products strategy, cross the door type of Flagship, Exclusive brand and Cross border.

2、 Optimize store performance to achieve topline sales target and be responsible for store P&L.

3、 Build and maintain good relationship with Tmall partners. 

4、 Drive Sephora brand overall growth on Tmall platform, recruit new members and maintain the member loyalty.

5、Coordinate with different departments including finance, logistics, legal, IT, CRM, etc

6、Manage TP agencies to ensure KPI achievement. 

7、Supervise customer service, optimize store operation process and user interaction and seek for better user experience.

8、Evaluate collaboration opportunities with other partners or new channels to expand online business size.

9、Operation data analysis, summary and improvement proposal 

Qualifications:

1、5+ years of E-Commerce experience, 3+ years Tmall/JD store operation on well-known brand. Candidates with cosmetic brand experience is preferred.

2、Capable of campaign planning, category management and project management.

3、Passionate, proactive, creative, responsibility, result driven and able to handle pressure.

4、Vendor and team management experience, able to motivate and improve efficiency.

5、Undergraduate or above, good English capability.
