Purpose:

    

In respect to the LVMH regulatory standard, the job holder ensures that all relevant regulatory standards are met during product development.

    

    

Duties and Responsibilities:

    

    

1. New project development

    

?       Conduct risk analysis base on project brief for TA part (including claim check, formula standard, etc.)

    

?       Supplier training support to ensure fully understand group requirement and timely submit deliverables.

    

?       Formula check support to ensure the compliance with LVMH Group standard and destination country’s regulation requirement（e.g. China, Europe）.

    

?       Define test plan for pilot batch (e.g. dosage test, CT, PT&OI, efficacy, CPSR, SA etc.), coordinate the test with supplier and 3rd party lab, chase for test reports and timely update the test results with team.

    

?       Collect the formula information and update to the formula pool and RM database,

    

?       Provide qualified formula and relevant supporting data for HP notification or registration, working with RCA team for HP issues.

    

    

2. Tag on project support

    

?       Coordinate with global team for tag on formula info, formula check, test and ensure the compliance with group standard and destination country’s regulation requirement.

    

?       Provide qualified formula and relevant supporting data for HP notification or registration, working with RCA team for HP issues.

    

    

3. PIF document

    

?       Chase and collect regulatory deliverables with suppliers/external test labs for product files.

    

?       Timely upload the formula and RM information and document to Lascom system.

    

    

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    

    

Qualifications:

    

-       Bachelor degree in Chemistry(e.g.Daily Use Chemistry,Fine chemistry,Applied Chemistry etc.), Cosmetics,Food related major.

• Min. 0-1 years’ experience in cosmetic/Food industry or company or 3rd party test lab., familiar with China or EU Cosmetics regulation is a plus.
• Fluent English spoken and written is a must.

            

-       "Rules" oriented, detail oriented and deadline driven.

    

-       Speaks up when any of these principles are violated or compromised.

    

-       Knows and acts according to our regulatory rules, to efficiently impose our strict rules to our suppliers, to follow up with them daily, in order to make sure all our products are up to our LVMH Group standards

    

-       Detail oriented, to make sure every detail of the our product is 100% compliant

    

-       With good communication skills, to ensure very clear info. sharing across related departments (S+ FR regulatory team, China RCA team, China supply chain, suppliers, etc.)

    

-       Well-organized, with strong logic thinking and very good deadline management.
