职位描述
Position Title : E-Commerce Back-End Operation Specialist
Department : E-Commerce
Duties and Responsibilities:
l Order management and return management for stores in new platforms (including Tmall store)
l Stock & logistics coordination between vendor and our logistic department for new platforms
l Delivery performance check, delivery cost validation and control for both JD and Tmall Store
l Handle complaints, monitor the call center activity to improve the user experience for new platforms including JD and Tmall Store
l Monitor and improve the online chat CSR satisfaction for official website
l Finance and Accounting reconciliation of new platforms including JD and Tmall Store
l Monitor the operation related service level of vendors and push for improvement
l Monthly payment check and handling for operation part of the vendors for both JD and Tmall store
l Other operation tasks concerning stores in new platforms
Qualifications:
l Bachelor degree, at least 1-2 years related experience in operation, Logistics, Call Center, or related disciplines, experience with Tmall or JD store preferred
l Strong communication and coordination Skills
l Good team spirit, with a good sense of responsibility
l Capable of handling multi-tasks
l Good problem-solving ability
l Can work under pressure
l Good command of written English
l Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
