Overall Goal:

• Meet the personal sales target, not only year's booking plan, but also better service to customer.
• Know about the future-oriented and in alignment with company’s mission, vision and values.
• Set clear objectives and activities for daily job and work toward the goals.
• Define specific behaviors and tasks.
• Set account strategy plan with district sales manager.
• Communicate between customer and sales people efficiency and in time.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Make a plan to key customer, and target for year's booking plan
• Clear instruct for daily sales activities, provide weekly report and forecast on time.
• Assist district manager to do sales planning and execute.
• Coordinate with Marketing and other departments on company activities.
• Key Account exploit and maintain.
• Take parts in district sales meeting termly, fully understand sales opportunities and make sales plan monthly.
• Share best practices to make team members’ job easier.
• Instruct on product knowledge and sales skills of separate cases to customer.

Key Result Areas:

• Annual team booking target.
• Daily activities and performance
• Customer satisfactory

Job Requirement：

· Bachelor Degree with Mechanical Engineering with min 2 years working experience in Pump industry

· Ability to work independently with good team spirit

· Familiar with Microsoft office software

· Good English and Chinese communication

· Open minded personality and willing to travel frequently

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Experience in engineering company dealing with direct customer is preferred

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· An understanding for the need of ad-hoc assignments
